We’re Temporarily Modifying Store Procedures

Direct Auto Insurance prioritizes the health and safety of our community while ensuring we can continue to serve as many of our customers as possible. Therefore, as of Tuesday, March 24, we’re modifying our business practices by temporarily suspending public entry to nearly all of our retail store locations, with the exception of certain stores that allow our agents and clients to meet social distancing guidelines.

We know this is a challenging time, but we want to assure you that we’re here to assist you. So, for the time being, we strongly encourage you to visit us online and/or over the phone to transact your business with us. To make a payment and get coverage or policy information, please log into MyAccount at DirectAuto.com, or call 1-877-GO-DIRECT (1-877-463-4732) to speak with one of our friendly agents.

However, if you must visit a store, such as to make a cash payment, signs are posted on the door of every location with instruction on how to transact with the agent inside or over the phone (you may want to call ahead). Plus, Direct Auto stores located inside Walmart and H-E-B, and any stores with glass between the agent and customer will remain open to the public. Our agents will be taking precautions to protect themselves and our customers, including washing their hands and/or using hand sanitizer after each transaction.
