Q: Where can I find my claim number?
A: Whether you filed a claim online or over the phone, you should have been sent documentation that contains your claim number. Please check the claims information emailed to you or look it up online.

Q: Can I check the status of a claim online?
A: Yes! You can check on the status of an existing claim online via chat or by logging into MyAccount and selecting "Claims Center" from the left-hand navigation menu. If you prefer to call, dial 1-800-403-1077 or reach out directly to your assigned claim representative with your claim number in hand.

Q: Is there a different process for checking the status of a windshield or glass claim?
A: Direct Auto partners with Safelite to fulfill a windshield or glass claim, but the process for checking an existing claim is no different.
